Tumors
Ovarian cyst, lymphangioma and sacrococcygeal teratoma are common.
Sacrococcygeal teratoma

Solid
mass shadows icluding cysts are identified at the presacral and coccygeal
region.
After
cesarian section, early removal of mass is desirable.
Ovarian cyst:
Cystic mass (usually simple cyst) is identified in the abdomen. Differential
diagnosis is required from duplication of the alimentary tract and renal
cyst etc. Since natural disappearance may be expected, all cases have no
surgical indication. A large cyst (more than 5 cm in diameter) and a cyst
with torsion have surgical indication.

Lymphangioma:
Usually multilocular cystic mass is identified in the neck. Some cases
associated with fetal hydrops may have an indication for fetal treatment
(sclerotherapy) . Besides hydrops, compression of the airway should be evaluated
before birth.
